All orders are made-to-order and are packaged with care in our atelier in China to ensure the quality and safety of your purchase. Please allow approximately 1 weeks for us to prepare your order.
Once your order has been processed, we will provide you with the tracking number for your shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Morienta Studio handles the required customs declarations, but additional duties or local taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, you can do so anytime before it ships. Simply email us at morienta.studio@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll take care of it for you.

If Something’s Not Right

Damaged Package? Let the shipping provider know immediately upon receipt.

Received the Wrong Item? Contact us at morienta.studio@gmail.com with your order number and a photo.

Product Defects? If your item develops a defect within two years, email us with photos and details. If the issue falls under our warranty, we’ll offer a free repair, replacement, price reduction, or full refund.

Please note: Normal wear and tear or improper use is not covered under warranty. If a product is returned to us and does not qualify for a warranty claim, return shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and processed your return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method as quickly as possible.
